Framework for the future development of the ‘Neustädter Feld’ estate: The housing estate “Neustädter Feld’ lacked a distinctive identity and suffered from a decreasing population due, in part, to the poor perception of the area.

Consultation with residents helped to identify the areas for improvement and the requirements for future development.

The framework proposed the creation of smaller distinctive quarters each with its own character and development goal. The plan could be adapted following the impact of the proposed measures.
